How can I place an order?

  5. Click “Place Order” to complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

What is your return policy?

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 20 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. Once approved, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment via Klarna. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any returns made outside the 20-day window will not be accepted.

What is the warranty or guarantee on your products?

We offer a one-year limited warranty on all jewelry items sold on our webshop. This warranty covers defects in materials under normal use. If you notice any defects in your jewelry item within one year of purchase, please contact our customer service team by email and provide your order number and a detailed description of the defect with a picture.

If the defect is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or environments, such as chlorine, salt water, or perfumes.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
